The Irish-French owners, Zoë O’Reilly and Alain Servant, are hosts of this exceptional place. The owners live between Ireland and France with their young son and their cat. Alain is an actor, theatre director, musician and Tai Ji Quan practitioner. Zoë is a researcher and visual ethnographer working in the area of migration, borders and cultural diversity, and also a yoga practitioner. They love creating an environment for sharing and exchange, and they also love to cook!
